You will have the opportunity to:
- Observe effective treatments and ongoing care of clients.
- Learn basic and advanced treatment planning and diagnostic concepts.
- Learn how to develop and implement effective office procedures, including billing and insurance processing.
- Learn scheduling strategies to increase patient volume and ensure smooth, high-quality care and patient flow.
- As a staff member you will be eligible for all staff trainings and ongoing learning opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Provide client support and a healing presence during all phases of an acupuncture visit: welcoming, treatment, scheduling, record keeping, and dealing with client concerns.
- Assist me in treating clients.
- Assist with the management of Chinese herbs, including sales, administering instructions, conducting research, client education, and managing herb inventory.
- Provide administrative and office support.
- I am asking for a one-year commitment.

- Capacity to address problems and concerns in a creative and effective manner.
- Willingness to ask appropriate questions to promote efficiency and effectiveness, and be attuned to office flow and timeliness.
- Apple computer skills a large plus.
Salary:
Each staff person works one day a week. Staff salary ranges from $14-$21 per hour and is negotiable.
